“Refin Experience” is a multimedia factory tour system that accompanies the visitor on an immersive and engaging journey to explore the different phases of processing porcelain stoneware. An app for tablets developed to propose a flexible path, along which a "Master" manages the activation of the different stages, describing a specific moment of the production process through video contributions or graphic animations in augmented reality that allow a 3D view of the interior of the plants, showing how they work; each stage is also supported by a text to speech audio, available in 6 languages.

The LIMITEAZERO method develops as a continuous dialogue between the different souls of the project. From the first phases of the concept to the final finishing on site, every design aspect finds its own place, articulated in a coherent and harmonious system. We translate complex content into effective and intuitive narrative structures. We give top priority to respecting the messages, meanings and values of each customer, so that they are communicated correctly and convincingly.
