Only by observing the reality that surrounds us, with an eye connected to the universe, can we find such large shapes, landscapes, places, stars, planets, and elements, condensed and reproduced in tiny spaces. Thus, with the aid of a macro photographic lens (which makes it possible to enlarge and get close to very small subjects) the author Armando Casali began to look into the rust, encrustations, scratches, and wounds of the metal and other materials, and above all in the chemical reactions of the elements, of natural figures on a small scale.

Emiliano Pinnizzotto is a Photoreporter and Visual Journalist, based in Rome, Italy. Born in Rome on 25 June 1983 started to taking pictures since as a child. Through the years began to direct his passion toward photo-reportage especially in social, anthropology, and travel photography. With his images he takes cares about the traditional and spiritual aspect of different people and cultures that he meets in journeys. He has a particular focus on the light when he takes photos, always use the natural light present in the place.
