Our approach was to enhance user experience and site management. Now, users can easily find and access information, and switch between summer and winter activities without restarting their user journey. We also created a single source of truth for content to prioritize ease of management for the Smugglers’ Notch team. Now, information for lift statuses or activities can be entered once and dynamically displayed across the site, reducing manual updates.
