Gensler created a visual identity and website for the Jewish Leadership Academy that emulates the school’s mission and values, with a spirit of fun and exploration that’s appropriate for secondary education. The identity employs concentric circles, or “ripples of impact”— representing JLA’s focus on cultivating the far-reaching impact that students can have as they learn how to become leaders in their communities. The website aims to present information in an energetic yet understandable way, using the ripple motif to create movement and build interest.
