By bringing together a community of dog owners and providing access to information on dog-friendly places and walking routes, BARK strives to create a supportive social network that enhances the overall well-being of dogs

Bei Hu is a multi-disciplinary designer specializing in user experience, 3D design, graphic design, and illustration. She works at the intersection of design, technology, and storytelling. She is an Assistant Professor of Design at Washington University in St. Louis (WashU). Prior to joining WashU, she taught at the Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI) and China Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA).Bei holds a Master’s degree in InteractiveTelecommunications from New York University (NYU) Tisch School of the Arts, a MFA in Design from China Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) School of Design.
