Distil Your World is an explorative journey to discover and capture the essence of some of the world’s most iconic locations, uncovering the flavours, people and culture and bottling it all in a single malt whisky paired with a unique gastronomic experience.The success and interest from Amazon Prime Video in our documentary Chef’s Diaries: Scotland (an initial project with the same approach) has allowed us to create a full series, of which Distil Your World Mexico is the latest episode.
