The Ministry of Education is the important organization that represents to convey Taiwan's knowledge and culture. Therefore, in terms of foreign gifts design, cultural discussions and agitation make gifts more educational and more cultural commemorative value. The "Collection Drawing Scrolls" drawn during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty was selected, which recorded the natural scenery and customs of Taiwan at that time and was designated as an important cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture.
