Honoring the late French artist Claude Lalanne, and her husband François-Xavier Lalanne, "Les Lalanne at the Raleigh Gardens" was a temporary public art installation presented in the famed gardens of The Raleigh Hotel, one of Miami Beach’s most celebrated Art Deco properties, as part of Art Basel. Forty pieces of art work, together worth over 60 million dollars, have been displayed.Taking inspiration from the characteristics of Les Lalanne’s work, I proposed an illustrative approach as the main branding element, to be used in signage and across collateral, including promotional materials.
