As the pandemic disrupted travel, Airlines for America (A4A) needed an agile, flexible platform that could quickly adapt on the industry’s behalf. NJI’s goal was simple: streamline and refine the website. We embarked on a robust discovery phase to identify key audiences and clearly convey A4A’s priorities. We streamlined site navigation and established an agile content hierarchy and management system to deliver rapid responses. We developed an intuitive and timeless design to extend site longevity, supported by a CMS that can evolve over time with A4A and the overall airline industry.
