North London Hospice cares for more than 3,500 patients every year who have a life-limiting illness – and support their families, friends and carers.Anecdotal evidence suggested that more diverse and sustainable communications were needed, moving away from physical notices and posters, so our task was to build a digital first brand for the hospice’s many audiences.The new brand identity shifts perceptions about what a hospice can be, speaking to a wider audience while retaining existing supporters. It conveys the unique energy and warmth of the organisation and the community it works with.
