SCA Health, formally Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA), known for partnering with surgeons to manage independent ambulatory surgery centers, needed a new brand identity that reflected their shifting focus towards aligning primary care, surgical care and employee insurance programs as a way to make healthcare affordable and accessible.The primary graphic element used, a pinwheel, conveys momentum and “moving forward” in alignment with SCA’s new business model. It’s the consistent, repeated effort in which everyone works toward a common goal, putting the patient first, that improves healthcare.
