The current project was designed as a travel publication to encourage people to not only come and visit Solvang, California but to consider moving there as well. It highlights important things to the persona that was created for the project. It needed to reflect a personality that was cultured, witty, entertaining, reflective, and charming. The publication appealed to someone who wanted to live a quieter life away from big cities but still have the ability to be surrounded by art, culture, and theater. It reflects someone who wants to live a life that is slower, more meaningful, and peaceful.
