Navigant Consulting engaged Starfish to develop an internal campaign to empower employees and ultimately shift their understanding of themselves from tactical performers to contributors with higher-order impact. Starfish created a series of posters spotlighting individual employees. Each unique headline was derived from one-on-one interviews, supported by sophisticated photography of the subject framed by an enlarged piece of the Navigant logomark. The poster designs were purpose-built to live both in isolation and in a unified manner. The posters are displayed in Chicago and New York offices.
