Sandstorm & Deloitte Insights redesigned the ConsumerSignals Dashboard, a one-stop destination for consumer behavior data. We developed wireframes and a clickable prototype, which were refined through a usability study, to build a flexible, component-based design that includes interactive, accessible data visualizations. A 'choose your own adventure' feature allows users to explore global or customized data. YOY results: 51% increase in traffic, a 22 percentage point improvement in bounce rate, a 170% increase in file downloads, and an 8X increase in users completing the dashboard scroll.
