Our research revealed that professors face challenges in balancing work and family time, often leading to limited interaction with their children. We identified 12 key topics and framed our inquiry to assist entry-level teachers in achieving a better work-rest balance. By adopting a behaviorist approach, we proposed a reward-based system to encourage positive change. We also recommend creating a dedicated user interface to streamline management and improve interaction, with ongoing user testing to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
I completed my undergraduate studies in animation design in China and then pursued a graduate program in interaction design at the Savannah College of Art and Design, specializing in ITGM. My design philosophy is influenced by diverse cultures, and I focus on creating engaging and emotionally resonant digital experiences. At SCAD, I've developed skills in tools like Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, and Axure RP, emphasizing innovation and user experience.
